SITE INSPECTION - 286 SHORE ROAD

The Old Lyme Zoning Commission held a Special Meeting Wednesday, August 1, 2007 at 5:00 p.m. at 286 Shore Road. Members present were Jane Cable, Steven Ames and Howard Tooker. Also present was Ann Brown, Zoning Enforcement Officer.
1. Convene Meeting; announcement of voting alternates.
The meeting convened at 5:00 p.m.
2. Inspection of 286 Shore Road, Dimitri & Adel Tolchinsky, owners.
The Commission members inspected the property.
A motion was made by Jane Cable, seconded by Steve Ames and voted unanimously to conclude that the clean-up of the site is acceptable.
A motion was made by Jane Cable, seconded by Steve Ames and voted unanimously to adjourn at 5:15 p.m.
